Job Description:

The Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist is a key role within the Operational Excellence Team who will support Operations to identify, analyze and develop high impact improvement projects to drive cost reduction and operational improvements. The role is reporting to the Lead Transformation Manager. The new colleague will use data to generate insights with the target to identify improvement opportunities, design solutions and provide regular business reports.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and delivering regular, insightful reports that highlight significant trends, operational losses, and areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Synthesizing complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership, ensuring that findings are presented in a concise and structured manner.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, and leading projects that address critical operational challenges.
  • Guiding the OpEx transformation team in deploying solutions identified through analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for new reporting capabilities and enhance existing dashboards.
  • Providing timely updates and presentations to executive teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on operational performance and improvement initiatives.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic test and learn environment
  • +3 years of experience in operational roles, Data analytics, business insights, digital transformation or similar preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. English is mandatory.
  • Experience in visualization tooling (PowerBI/SAP/TLM/APL, etc.)
  • Experience working with quality-related approaches to manufacturing (Six Sigma, CPK/PPK, SPC)
  • Knowledge in statistics and associated tooling (Minitab, M365 tools)
