My client is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join their fast-growing team. They are a leading luxury retail brand based in Borehamwood offering a hybrid model of working.

Job Responsibility

  • Accountable for CRM and Trading analyses
  • Provide insight on UX and services such as Live chat/ store delivery/ payment options
  • Undertake digital marketing attribution model analysis both analyzing and providing insight on customer segments, content journeys and support content strategy, paid media incrementality
  • Provide insight to direct customer acquisition strategy, improving conversion, bounce rates, AOV, time on site, click through rates and engagement
