As the Data Analytics Manager at Radix, you will lead the evolution of analytics into a strategic business driver across the organization. You will guide a high-performing analytics function that transforms complex data into actionable insights influencing executive decision-making, product innovation, customer success, and operational growth. In this role, you will oversee scalable reporting and business intelligence initiatives, particularly through Power BI, SQL, and emerging AI-driven analytics capabilities, while partnering cross-functionally to create a culture of data-informed decision-making. Job Responsibility:
Lead and mentor a growing analytics team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive analytics strategy and execution to support business priorities, operational efficiency, and long-term company growth
Build, optimize, and oversee scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable confident, data-driven decisions
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across complex systems and high-volume datasets
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can create measurable business impact
Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches, actionable recommendations, and strategic insights
Establish and strengthen data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices across the organization
Oversee advanced SQL development and data modeling efforts to improve reporting performance and accessibility
Identify opportunities to streamline analytics workflows, automate reporting processes, and accelerate insight delivery at scale
Contribute to the company’s AI-enabled analytics initiatives by exploring predictive modeling, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to data intelligence
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles, including leadership or team management experience
Proven success leading analytics initiatives that influence strategic business decisions and organizational performance
Expertise in Power BI (or similar BI platforms) with advanced knowledge of data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting strategy
Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large-scale datasets
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to mentor team members and elevate analytical excellence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with or strong interest in Python, cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, etc.), and AI/ML-driven analytics solutions
