Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead analytics and data engineering efforts that directly impact business strategy and operational decision-making. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across merchandising, retail, and supply chain to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable analytics and data engineering solutions
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, models, and dashboards
  • Partner with Retail, Merchandise Planning/Buying, and Supply Chain teams to drive data-informed decisions
  • Build and productionize tools and systems that improve data reliability, accessibility, and performance
  • Mentor and guide analysts and engineers, setting best practices for analytics and data quality
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles
  • Proven experience in Retail, Merchandise Planning/Buying, or Supply Chain/Logistics environments
  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries from scratch
  • Fluency in Python and/or R for statistical analysis and modeling
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Excel
  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable data systems and analytics tools
