We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analytics Manager to lead the Everyday Banking domain (Payments, Cards, and Core Account Lifecycle), one of our cross-functional areas shaping the development of one of the world's leading FinTech products. As an Analytics Manager, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for our Product & Business Segments within the respective domain. You are responsible for ensuring data is at the core of decision-making, fostering a strong data culture, and enabling teams to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a cross-functional setup, leading a team of ~4 data analysts while partnering closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you are expected to split your time between ~50% individual contribution and ~50% team leadership and management.
