Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analytics Manager to lead the Everyday Banking domain (Payments, Cards, and Core Account Lifecycle), one of our cross-functional areas shaping the development of one of the world's leading FinTech products. As an Analytics Manager, you will own the analytics strategy and execution for our Product & Business Segments within the respective domain. You are responsible for ensuring data is at the core of decision-making, fostering a strong data culture, and enabling teams to deliver measurable business impact. You will work in a cross-functional setup, leading a team of ~4 data analysts while partnering closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior business stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you are expected to split your time between ~50% individual contribution and ~50% team leadership and management.

Job Responsibility

  • Help set the right goals: define and align domain-level KPIs and OKRs
  • Inform product roadmap: drive analytics roadmap, proactively identify opportunities, risks, trends
  • Be a strategic partner: act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Handle stakeholders: own relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Tech and Leadership
  • Evaluate initiatives: oversee experimentation and measurement strategy
  • Contribute to self-serve data platform: drive development of scalable analytics foundations
  • Provide monitoring tools: ensure team delivers high-quality dashboards and monitoring systems
  • Improve data literacy of organisation: scale data literacy across the organization
  • Be part of our data-community: lead collaboration across analytics teams
  • Guide teams in discovering new product opportunities
  • Ensure continuous product releases are evaluated against business goals
  • Partner with UX research to combine qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Ensure data tracking and instrumentation are properly designed
  • Personally lead the most complex analyses within the domain

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in analytics or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience managing people, leading a team of 3-4 data analysts
  • Proven track record of driving business impact through data
  • Deep expertise in causal inference & impact measurement (uplift modeling, quasi-experiments, counterfactuals)
  • Strong track record designing and scaling A/B, multivariate, and observational analyses
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into rigorous analytical frameworks
  • High proficiency in SQL and Python/R
  • Experience leveraging LLMs and conversational interfaces for self-serve analytics
  • Communicates complex insights clearly using modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset)
  • Confident communicator with fluency in English
