Job Description

To drive high-impact business intelligence and data governance across the organization by delivering executive-ready insights, ensuring data integrity, interpreting business rules accurately, and strengthening KPI frameworks to support strategic decision-making at CCO and ExCom levels. You will be a core execution member of the Commercial Data & Analytics team, responsible for ensuring the daily accuracy and delivery of critical sales reports and dashboards. Your primary focus will be on the preparation, reconciliation, and validation of data, directly supporting the Lead and the Manager in achieving the 'single source of truth' and enabling our 800+ global sales team members

  • Establish and enforce master data governance standards across systems and regions
  • Perform pre-audit checks to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or risks before data is escalated to senior leadership
  • Strengthening controls to improve data accuracy, completeness, and reliability
  • Evaluate and introduce new BI tools, techniques, and analytics methodologies to improve insight generation and automation
  • Drive adoption of best-in-class analytics practices (e.g. Power Bi enhancements, automation, governance frameworks)
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial and other functions
  • Act as a trusted advisor on data credibility, insights interpretation and governance matters
  • Support audit, compliance, and leadership queries with confidence and clarity
  • Develop, maintain, and run standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, specifically designed to provide relevant performance views for different global sales roles
  • Execute detailed data reconciliation exercises to validate data accuracy across source systems and the unified data views, proactively identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Provide direct data support for key commercial activities
  • Monthly preparation of data for Sales Forecast Analysis
  • Supporting the data preparation for the annual Target Setting process
  • Assisting with the governance and preliminary calculations for the Global Accounts Team incentive scheme
  • Efficiently use tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel to query data, build reports, and ensure the data views are always current and reliable
  • Assist the sales teams and business stakeholders with data queries and report interpretation, ensuring they understand the reports generated

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 6-7+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or Sales Operations
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and view creation
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) for data modeling and dashboard development
  • Proven experience in Data Cleansing and Data Mapping across multiple, disparate enterprise systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Finance, or a commercially focused team
  • Strong execution mindset, with the ability to operationalize strategies and drive measurable outcomes
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across regional sales teams without direct reporting authority
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset, with an ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Customer-centric approach with attention to detail and process optimization

Nice to have

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred
  • Familiarity with sales data and CRM systems
  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience is a bonus
