We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our team in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, on a contract basis. In this role, you will take on a pivotal position overseeing analytics initiatives, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. Job Responsibility

  • Lead comprehensive analytics projects spanning data engineering, reporting, and strategic insights
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
  • Create and optimize dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI to support business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business requirements into actionable insights
  • Enhance and manage the organization's data architecture and analytics infrastructure
  • Offer strategic guidance on data practices and analytics methodologies
  • Balance hands-on technical tasks with leadership responsibilities to drive team success

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure tools, including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
  • Advanced experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
  • Expertise in both backend data engineering and frontend reporting
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Preferred experience with Python and exposure to workflow automation tools
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability in scaling organizations
