Data Analytics Lead Analyst

• contributes to data analytics standards
• applies in-depth understanding of how data analytics collectively integrate within the sub-function
• resolves occasionally complex and highly variable issues
• produces detailed analysis of issues and recommends actions
• responsible for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of data science projects
• employs developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others

• 6+ years of work experience in a technical or enterprise project management lead role
• strong and clear communication skills
• data oriented with excellent attention to detail
• experience/understanding of business process reengineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis
• experience working closely with IT project managers and development teams
• ability to put together senior management presentations with clarity and precise data points
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred
• strong analytical skills and writing skills, to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• strong teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
• ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
