Data & Analytics Intern

• Solve Data Science and Analytics problems that we face at clients
• Apply theoretical machine learning knowledge and analytics in practice
• Must balance taking on tasks from the project
• Enjoy the rich knowledge sharing environment of Strategists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists
• Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources
• Helping with data warehousing and data modelling activities
• Participating in the creation of data-driven solutions to support business needs
• Collaborating with data scientists, business analysts and software engineers to understand and implement data requirements
• Implementing data quality and data governance processes
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Staying up to date with the latest developments in data engineering technologies and best practices

• Currently enrolled in a quantitative Master with a focus on data analysis (e.g., econometrics, mathematics, physics, business analytics and other exact sciences)
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, programming languages (e.g., R, Python), machine learning and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, R, Shiny)
• Curiosity together with the ability to make data driven decisions
• Theoretical frameworks from your Bachelors and Masters
• Professional fluency in English
• Any analytical work experience is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for Data: A strong interest in data and technology, and a desire to learn and grow as a data engineer

Any analytical work experience is a plus
