Job Description

Proclinical is seeking a motivated individual for a Data Analytics & Digital Business / Data Modelling role. This position focuses on enhancing employee lifecycle journeys and implementing AI-driven feedback mechanisms within the pharmaceutical and oncology sectors. You will play a key role in defining reporting requirements, managing technical validations, and establishing governance frameworks to optimize digital experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather and document technical requirements for an employee experience reporting dashboard using Jira
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to propose structured improvements for employee experiences
  • Develop mechanisms to track business impact and outcomes for the program
  • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test scripts and tracking technical defects
  • Document UAT results and verify defect resolutions before stakeholder approval
  • Implement governance standards for journey documentation storage and lifecycle management
  • Facilitate design thinking sessions and enablement workshops for journey teams, including preparation of materials and documentation of outcomes
  • Monitor digital experiences as a service, defining technical and analytical requirements from internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong skills in requirements engineering and documentation, particularly with tools like Jira
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvement proposals
  • Experience in planning and coordinating UAT activities, including defect tracking and resolution
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and process implementation for lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation and design thinking methodologies
  • Familiarity with digital experience monitoring and AI-driven feedback systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
