Data Analytics and IT Security Intern

• Collaborate with Security, IT Administration, and Data Engineering teams to define and document access requirements for Analytics reports
• Assist in developing and implementing security roles and permissions to ensure proper data access and compliance
• Support the creation and documentation of approval and provisioning processes for report access
• Contribute to establishing a repeatable and scalable framework for ongoing management of report access
• Participate in testing and validation of security configurations prior to the release of Analytics reports
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of roles, access levels, and process workflows
• Provide status updates and communicate progress or issues to project stakeholders regularly

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience or coursework in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• Familiarity with data governance, security roles, or user access management concepts
• Understanding of data structures, databases, and permissions frameworks
• Experience documenting processes or workflows in a structured, repeatable format
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
• Demonstrated accountability and follow-through on assigned tasks
• Adaptability in a dynamic, project-driven environment
