Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analytics & Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team in the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will contribute to our data-driven initiatives by analyzing data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and help improve our product offerings and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibility

  • Support the deployment of advanced analytics use cases, focusing on segmented execution (tailoring marketing and sales efforts to specific market segments for optimized performance), demand forecasting, and post-promotion analysis
  • Assist in the development of new features for segmented execution strategies, enhancing targeting and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Sales managers to adapt to regional specifics, ensuring localized strategies are supported
  • Assist in delivering outlet, product, and sales staff segmentation based on internal and external data sources
  • Assist in structuring and identifying key business problems that data and analytics can help solve
  • Support the development of project plans for related use-case deployments, ensuring timely and effective implementation
  • Help ensure the adoption of new capabilities into regular business processes
  • Assist in building value models to track performance and propose ongoing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve model prediction accuracy, under the guidance of senior analysts
  • Assist in data inventory and data management processes, ensuring data quality and accessibility

Requirements

  • University degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related Science
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, with a focus on data analytics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel functions (Power Pivot / Power Query)
  • Experienced user and developer of Microsoft Power BI Reports / Dashboards
  • Basic proficiency in SQL is required
  • Good project management and accountability skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong data processing agility and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new developments in the field of data analytics and artificial intelligence

Nice to have

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Exploratory Data Analysis in Python is desirable
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft SQL Server Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) is a plus
