Job Description:

The Data/Information Mgt Int Anlst is a developing professional role dealing with most problems independently and applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools. Responsibilities include remediation analysis, impact assessment, issue management, root cause analysis, and audit support. The role involves working in the CRX team, handling customer remediation issues for NAM Lines of Business.

Job Responsibility:

Execution of the comprehensive data remediation approach on customer issues due to gaps observed in policies and governance, self-identified, or through IA
identification of size of the customers and the dollar amount impacted due to these issues
identifying the issues and reasons for the issues by leveraging analytical methods
tracking implementation plans and providing data evidence, artifacts for audit completion
daily deliverable of routine and defined outputs, while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed.

Requirements:

At least 5-8 years relevant experience
ability to think strategically and the ability to engage resources outside of their direct control to achieve objectives
know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.)
big data and machine learning experiences (R, Python etc.) a plus
proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
exposure in SAS, SQL, RDBMS
Jira, Bitbucket
good understanding of banking domain and consumer products (cards, Retail Banking, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, Mortgage, Insurance, etc.) is preferred
education level: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience/ Engineering/ MBA from a premier institute
overall experience of 5-8 years with experience in Data Analyst role
experience in Banking Industry is a plus.

Nice to have:

Big data and machine learning experiences (R, Python etc.) a plus
good understanding of banking domain and consumer products (cards, Retail Banking, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, Mortgage, Insurance, etc.) is preferred
experience in Banking Industry is a plus.
