Job Description

Robert Half is seeking experienced Data Analysts for contract opportunities with clients in Bellingham, WA. Our clients in the local area frequently seek experienced Data Analysts with Workday experience to support reporting, data integrity, system analysis, and business decision-making. These are ongoing contract postings intended to identify qualified talent for recurring local needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze data sets and prepare reports to support business operations and decision-making
  • Use Workday to extract, maintain, validate, and analyze data
  • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and system-related initiatives
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience
  • Experience using Workday required
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
