Job Description:

The Data Analyst - Technology role involves supporting the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position focuses on driving strategic objectives, clinical standards, and operational goals by leveraging data-driven insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the leadership of a designated business or clinical area by analyzing data to inform decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders across the organization to provide project updates, prioritize work, and establish deadlines for deliverables
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by working with Healthcare Data Advisors and Data Architects
  • Translate customer requests into actionable insights through data exploration, interpretation, and advanced visualization tools like Tableau
  • Present findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including business and clinical executives
  • Conduct work demonstrations and workshops to empower customers to independently analyze data and use analytic solutions effectively
  • Actively participate in professional development, enhancing analytic and technical skills through self-learning and education efforts within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics-related fields (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, economics) with 2+ years of related experience
  • A non-analytics-related Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis
  • Extensive experience in data analysis without a degree, provided the skillset is robust and aligns with role requirements
  • Intermediate experience with SQL, database design, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Strong ability to distill complex data findings into clear recommendations and train key end-users
  • Sound knowledge of healthcare data and proven experience in conducting statistical analyses
  • Familiarity with product, project, or program management concepts to align analytics work with organizational objectives
  • Proficiency in office applications to perform daily tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of healthcare data systems or projects
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and growth in analytics and technology
