Job Description

Jobin and Jismi is seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Data Analyst to support leadership with data-driven insights that improve revenue growth, project profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data across sales, finance, projects, and customer operations, and developing dashboards and reports to support management decisions. This role is critical in transforming Jobin and Jismi into a fully data-driven organization. This role will directly contribute to: Improving company profitability; Supporting growth strategy; Improving operational efficiency; Strengthening leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate: Thinks like a businessperson, not just a report creator; Asks questions and finds answers in data; Provides insights, not just numbers.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability across services and projects
  • Identify high-profit and low-profit business segments
  • Provide monthly and quarterly business performance insights
  • Track lead-to-conversion ratio
  • Analyze sales pipeline performance
  • Measure sales team performance
  • Identify growth opportunities by industry and service
  • Calculate project-wise revenue, cost, and profit margin
  • Identify cost overruns and inefficiencies
  • Provide recommendations to improve profitability
  • Track receivables and payment delays
  • Monitor cash flow trends
  • Identify financial risks and improvement areas
  • Track billable vs non-billable hours
  • Measure revenue per employee
  • Analyze utilization and efficiency
  • Create and maintain dashboards such as: CEO Dashboard, Sales Dashboard, Finance Dashboard, Project Profitability Dashboard, Employee Utilization Dashboard
  • Support NetSuite reporting and analytics
  • Assist leadership with strategic data insights
  • Support client analytics initiatives where required
