Job Description:

KBC Global Services provides support to banks and insurance companies in KBC Group. We move back-office operations to a higher level and bring value through continuous improvement. Within this role you have the opportunity to work directly with the bank's complex Data warehouse database and be part of the gradual transition to the AWS Amazon Cloud. It's also a unique opportunity to learn about processes and data from the client perspective, while expanding your skills in Jupyter notebook and Pyspark.

Job Responsibility:

  • create logical and conceptual data flows that help teams achieve their business goals
  • work on improving our quality of data
  • develop datasets and ad hoc reports, sharing your insights and recommendations to Scrum Masters

Requirements:

  • experience within a similar role, preferably in a banking environment
  • knowledge of Python, PySpark and SQL programming languages
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise
  • commitment to meeting agreed deadlines
  • ability to identify and communicate data gaps that may impact business requirements
  • english language skills, both verbal and written
