The IT company Andersen invites a Data Analyst to join its team for working with a company from the UAE. This position requires on-site in the Abu Dhabi office, but we are also open to considering candidates from other countries for relocation. The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences. The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Collecting, analysing, and visualizing data to support decision-making
  • Developing reports and dashboards using BI tools
  • Cleaning and prepare large datasets
  • Collaborating with business to define metrics and KPIs
  • Supporting data governance and quality initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience as a Data Analyst for 3+ years
  • Hands-on experience in optimizing consumer app metrics
  • Product-related experience required
  • High level of proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes
  • Strong data visualization and modeling skills
  • Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architecture
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Strong experience with A/B testing and experimental design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, high energy, proactivity, and willingness to work hard
  • Ability to make assumptions and generate actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
