Within this environment, our client is seeking an analytical, curious and impact?driven individual to join their team as a Data Analyst. You will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful narratives that support decision-making and digital growth. You’ll help stakeholders see opportunities through insights, challenge assumptions with evidence and bring clarity to complex questions. In this role, you’ll work with colleagues across digital sales, communications, branding and marketing to shape data strategies that drive commercial results.
Job Responsibility:
Meet with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenge assumptions with thoughtful questions
Define the right analytical approaches that align with business goals and clearly communicate your logic
Deliver insights and dashboards that translate data into compelling stories supporting key decisions
Collaborate across teams to share learnings and contribute to analytical craftsmanship and tooling evolution
Support ongoing efforts to strengthen the organisation’s data maturity and data-driven culture
Requirements:
Ambition to further develop your career in data analytics, digital insights or advanced reporting
Proven experience in a similar analytics-focused role
Past experience in the banking industry is nice to have
Your strengths include SQL, SAS eGuide/SAS CI 360, data visualisation and dashboard creation (Adobe Analytics, Cognos, PowerBI)
Knowledge of Python is a plus
Experience working with tools such as the above analytics and dashboarding platforms is essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with varied audiences
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice to have:
Past experience in the banking industry
