Join our client, a leading online gambling platform focused on online poker, you will join the London team as a Data Analyst (Mid-Senior). In this hybrid role, you turn large datasets into clear, actionable insights across marketing, player lifecycle, and commercial performance. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and leadership to improve acquisition, retention, and overall value, while upholding responsible gambling standards.
Job Responsibility:
Performance & Player Analytics: analyse funnel stages—acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation
deliver insights on FTD, conversion, retention, churn, ARPU, LTV, NGR, and bonus cost
monitor commercial performance by product, market, channel, and cohort
Marketing & CRM Analytics: report on paid media performance and campaigns (CPA, ROAS, payback windows, cohort profitability)
support CRM with segmentation and lifecycle optimisation
partner with marketing to improve targeting and reduce bonus abuse
analyse full channel set for campaigns
Reporting & Dashboarding: build and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
improve data quality and reporting consistency
own recurring reporting cycles and create automated self-serve reporting where possible
Business Partnering: translate data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
support business cases for initiatives, sponsorships, promotions, and product changes
help define KPIs and measurement frameworks
Data & Process Improvement: collaborate with UK marketing, BI, and martech teams
identify tracking gaps and propose solutions
ensure analytics align with compliance and responsible gambling standards
Requirements:
3–7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Commercial Analyst role
Gambling sector experience is essential (online casino, sportsbook, poker, bingo, or lotteries)
