Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business success. The position involves utilizing a range of reporting and business intelligence tools to analyze, organize, and present data effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Power BI, BusinessObjects, and Smartsheet to support business operations
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs
Utilize Microsoft SQL and Erwin Data tools to manage and structure data efficiently
Build and optimize dashboards on platforms like SharePoint and Power Apps to enhance data accessibility and user experience
Automate workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate and Power Platform
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks
Provide actionable recommendations based on thorough data analysis to improve business outcomes
Stay updated on emerging data technologies and integrate them into existing systems where appropriate

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and BusinessObjects Technologies
Strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools, including Power BI and Smartsheet
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform
Familiarity with SharePoint for data reporting and collaboration
Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
