Job Description:

The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decisions. They will work under the guidance of senior analysts and managers to help the company understand trends, identify opportunities, and optimize operations. This role is crucial for transforming raw data into actionable insights for various departments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and maintain databases and reporting systems
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to generate actionable insights
  • Produce periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management and stakeholders
  • Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data-related issues
  • Develop and automate dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate MIS solutions
  • Support business process improvements by identifying trends and inefficiencies

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid grammar and writing skills
  • Ability to examine research data independently and critically
  • Excellent analytical skills
