Job Description:

The data engineering team at Take-Two is looking for a highly motivated, capable and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join a team that plays an essential business facing function. As Take-Two grows, we need to enable our business partners to expertly make decisions based on the vast amounts of data we have at our disposal. This role is critical to building solutions that help provide actionable data insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical and analytical techniques
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into the data to support strategic projects, new initiatives, and process improvements
  • Lead the identification of issues and incidents, conduct business impact analysis, and engage with the wider team for resolution
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of work experience post completion of college degree
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with 3+ years of SQL proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences

Nice to have:

  • Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python)
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
