Job Responsibility:

  • Cost Proposals & Quotes
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with approval workflows.
  • Generate quote documents and facilitate customer signature processes.
  • Sample Orders & Pilots
  • Process, monitor, and track sample and pilot orders.
  • Communicate status updates and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Implementation Support
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Ensure readiness of materials and systems for customer delivery.
  • Sales Operations
  • Handle inbound requests from Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development (ASD) teams.
  • Research product availability, pricing, and tracking information.
  • Escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Systems & Tools
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records of sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Liaise with sales support teams and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
