We're looking for young budding professional Data Analysts to transform raw marketing data and identify core areas to focus in Paid digital and social campaigns for increasing ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Develop dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL to support business teams
Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Define and monitor key metrics, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility on performance
Support A/B testing and campaign analysis by tracking outcomes and providing actionable insights
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data requirements and analysis
Maintain data documentation, reporting definitions, and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
1 - 3 Years experience
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Statistics, Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Data analysis concepts and reporting methodologies
Business metrics related to sales, marketing, customer behavior, and operations
Data visualization best practices
Basic understanding of databases and data structures
Familiarity with performance tracking, KPIs, and business dashboards
Understanding of digital and social marketing terminologies and concepts
Understanding of latest updates in software & tools used for digital and social marketing and promotions
Knowledge in SQL, MS Office, Power BI, Looker studio, Tableau
Strong data analyzing, cleaning and validation skills
