Job Description

As part of the global Digital Technology team, the Data Analyst – Data Administration & Quality plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining data assets, ensuring their integrity, consistency, and usability across the enterprise. This role primarily involves the administration of master data and other critical system data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business and operational needs, mainly in SAP ECC. Over the next two years, this process will evolve to support the transition to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), contributing to the design and implementation of future-state data administration processes. The successful candidate will also support data quality initiatives using Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) and Collibra Data Quality & Observability (DQ&O) to automate data quality checks and drive continuous improvement. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, this role ensures that data is properly structured, governed, and maintained across systems, enabling trusted data for analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain master data and other critical datasets
  • Support data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization activities
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP MDG
  • Support metadata management, enrichment and cataloging activities in Collibra DIP
  • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, duplication, and integrity issues
  • Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and business rules
  • Conduct data profiling and data quality checks
  • Monitor data quality dashboard, analyze KPIs, data trends and patterns
  • Support root cause analysis and remediation of data quality issues
  • Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and pain points
  • Translate business needs into data quality rules and governance processes
  • Present findings, data quality reports, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support training and onboarding of users on SAP and Collibra tools
  • Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve data stewardship
