Job Description:

Data Management & MIS: Design, implement, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure data accuracy and availability. Analytics & Insight: Transform raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for business growth. Stakeholder Management: Lead project meetings and serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Reporting Excellence: Build and manage automated dashboards and high-impact presentations for executive leadership. AI Integration: Explore and implement AI-led analytics tools to automate traditional reporting and enhance predictive modeling capabilities.

  • Presentation: Proficiency in creating 'C-suite ready' decks that tell a story beyond the numbers
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing project timelines, resource allocation, and external vendor relations
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A proactive mindset focused on process optimization and automation
