Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support reporting, data interpretation, and decision making. This role turns business questions into clear data plans, builds practical reporting solutions, and delivers insights that non-technical stakeholders can use confidently. The position works across multiple databases and reporting tools to organize information, evaluate trends, and present findings in a concise and meaningful way.

Job Responsibility

  • Translate stakeholder needs into organized data extraction and reporting approaches that support business decisions
  • Develop clear reports, analytical summaries, and impact models that make complex information accessible to operational teams
  • Query source systems and work with database structures, tables, and stored procedures across multiple platforms to gather accurate data
  • Combine information from different datasets to create reliable measures, validate results, and connect summary trends to detailed records
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards, pivot-driven analyses, and presentation materials for business review discussions
  • Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and presentation tools to deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis for business partners
  • Interpret relational data structures and support reporting solutions that align with data warehouse and schema design principles
  • Ensure all analytical work is completed with accuracy, professionalism, and consistency with organizational standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis role
  • Demonstrated ability to create decision-support models using multiple data sources, calculated metrics, and drill-down reporting logic
  • 1 to 2 years of experience writing SQL queries and working within SQL Server Management Studio or a similar environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and report development for data analysis
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and its core features for report creation and data visualization
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts, data schemas, and sourcing datasets from enterprise systems
  • Basic understanding of star schema design and how warehouse structures interact with relational databases
