Job Description:

Andersen is hiring a Data Analyst to implement a secure Azure-based data warehouse, automating data integration, transformation, and reporting to improve data quality and governance for healthcare solutions. The project is focused on implementing a secure and scalable Azure-based data warehouse. It aims to automate data integration, transformation, and reporting, ensuring seamless data flow from PMS and SAP into Azure SQL Database, while improving data quality and governance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gathering and validating reporting and data requirements
  • Documenting KPIs, metrics, dimensions, and data dictionaries
  • Conducting data profiling, root-cause analysis, and defining DQ rules
  • Analyzing SAP B1 and PMS structures and support mapping
  • Owning RLS scope, residency rules, data validation logic
  • Supporting UAT testing and golden-numbers verification
  • Documenting acceptance criteria and report logic for BI team

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Data Analyst with BI/DWH projects for 4+ years
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, metrics, and validation rules
  • Knowledge of SAP B1
  • Experience in data mapping, validation, and ensuring data quality
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
