Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various available sources
• Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns and anomalies
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored analysis and recommendations
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection processes and data quality standards
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to facility management and data analytics

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+yrs) as a Data Analyst, preferably in the facility management, real estate, or related industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, R, Python, or similar
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Data studio, Plx, Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Familiarity with Google office suite and facility management software, such as IWMS like IBM tririga is a plus
