Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong SQL skills to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze trends, and create impactful dashboards and reports.

Job Responsibility:

Query, clean, and manipulate large datasets using advanced SQL
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Analyze data trends and patterns to support business initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
Conduct root cause analysis and data quality checks to ensure accuracy
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner
Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory data analysis

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field

Nice to have:

Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
