The ideal Data Analyst candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to spot inconsistencies that could affect finance or fraud-related analysis.
Job Responsibility:
Review account and company records across Salesforce and internal data sources to confirm completeness, accuracy, and proper classification
Investigate discrepancies, missing details, and conflicting information, then update records or escalate issues for resolution
Validate that organizations tied to accounts are legitimate equipment-selling businesses and flag records that appear questionable
Perform structured data quality checks that strengthen reporting reliability for operations and finance stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify record issues, support accurate financial information, and improve overall data confidence
Document findings, corrections, and recurring data issues to support audit readiness and process refinement
Use Excel and other data tools to analyze record sets, identify patterns, and support efficient validation work
Contribute to fraud-aware data review efforts by recognizing suspicious inconsistencies and escalating potential risk indicators when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience in data analysis, data validation, or quality control within a business or financial environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume record reviews accurately and efficiently
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM or enterprise data platform
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management tools used for reconciliation and analysis
Ability to identify anomalies, investigate data issues, and support anti-fraud or risk-focused review processes
Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
Experience collaborating with operations, finance, or related business teams to resolve data issues and support reporting accuracy.
