As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for complex data analysis and strategic marketing insights. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop analytics solutions, execute and implement data strategies that enhance campaign performance, elevate marketing effectiveness and generate actionable insights for business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own end to end delivery of complex and custom data analysis projects and requests, define approach, execution and stakeholder communication (both internal and external clients) to deliver high-impact results
Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders and clients by simplifying complex data into meaningful insights for decision making
Proactively analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations that improve ROI, engagement, campaign optimization and overall marketing effectiveness
Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives and strategies, including hypothesis testing, analysis to continuously optimize campaigns and strategies
Identify opportunities for optimization across campaigns through segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
Drive adoption of advanced analytics techniques like predictive modeling to enhance campaign performance
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and performance reports to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
Partner with the cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency and seamless data integration
Document best practices, methodologies, frameworks to standardize processes and improve efficiency and improve scalability contributing to strong analytics capability within the company
Requirements:
5–7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics
Proficiency in one or more of these programming languages: SQL(Mandatory), R/R Studio, Python, or any other statistical analysis tool
Demonstrated ability to write and maintain clean, well-tested code for data transformation using a scripting language like Python (e.g., Pandas, PySpark), R or Scala
Strong capability to analyze and interpret large and complex datasets within digital and email marketing ecosystems to derive actionable insights
Hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Experience with statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, Pearson’s chi-square, t-tests, ANOVA, and related methodologies
Strong experience in client and stakeholder management with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear manner
Proven ability of turning significant amounts of data into informative/insightful actions through various Statistical techniques that drive measurable business outcomes
Experience working on A/B testing & digital marketing experience is preferred
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that have positively impacted campaign performance, customer engagement, and business outcomes
Prior experience in client-facing roles or managing stakeholder relationships is highly preferred
