Our client, a global jewelry manufacturer, is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Measurement & Experimentation team. The team is dedicated to improving how we measure and optimize digital marketing and e-commerce experiments globally. This role is central to ensuring that the organization scales only the most effective initiatives by providing clear, evidence-based insights into what drives real growth. As part of the team, you will help quantify the impact of marketing and e-commerce activities, enabling leadership and stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to standardize measurement frameworks, build automated reporting solutions, and deliver insights that shape digital strategy. Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders at different levels within the organization
Analyze experiments conducted by internal digital specialists, deriving actionable insights to guide data-driven decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and set up A/B tests across multiple digital platforms
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives and hypotheses for experimentation, aligning with overall marketing goals
Collaborate in developing and maintaining robust experimentation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and reliable results
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in Data Analysis
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science)
Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis, with a strong understanding of impact measurement
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for building dashboards and reporting solutions
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
Interest and ability to leverage AI-driven techniques (such as predictive modeling or automated insight generation) to improve the accuracy and scalability of experimentation and impact measurement
Nice to have:
Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and marketing platforms (Web Analytics, CDP, ESP, Paid Advertising)
Experience working in fast-paced, global environments with multiple stakeholders
