Job Responsibility:
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to manage, manipulate, and interpret large datasets
Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making processes
Extract and process data from systems like Workday, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and efficiently handle multiple tasks
Assist with fraud detection and prevention through data investigation and analytics
Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
Support the implementation and optimization of tools such as Pave and Radford
Work closely with the Directors of Global Benefits and Perks to align data analysis with organizational goals
Provide training and guidance on system usage and data interpretation as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset
Expertise in advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions, including pivot tables and formulas
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage priorities efficiently
Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting
Nice to have:
Familiarity with data extraction tools like Pave and Radford is preferred
Experience working with Workday or similar systems is an advantage
Knowledge of fraud detection and analytics is highly desirable
