We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data, providing actionable insights to improve operational performance and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibility
Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using PowerBI
Leverage understanding of database design, data modeling principles, and SQL to structure data effectively
Identify manual processes and propose data-driven automation solutions
Analyse historical performance data to support workforce and capacity planning
Collaborate with data engineers or independently design efficient ETL processes
Perform on-demand analysis to support urgent business questions
Work with diverse business teams to understand analytical needs, translate them into technical requirements
Lead BI projects from conception to completion
Monitor data integrity across systems
Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to align analytical outputs with business objectives
Stay current with trends in data analytics, tooling, and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience (3-5 years) in data analytics, process-oriented or a similar role
Proficiency in PowerBI (dashboards and extensive DAX experience), SQL, excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Working knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable insights that support operational performance and business growth
Solid understanding of business strategies, market trends, and how data can be leveraged to optimise outcomes
Ability to analyse data to improve customer satisfaction and create seamless customer experience
Familiarity with data lakes, data warehouses and cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences and leadership team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
