Data Analyst

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using PowerBI
• Leverage understanding of database design, data modeling principles, and SQL to structure data effectively
• Identify manual processes and propose data-driven automation solutions
• Analyse historical performance data to support workforce and capacity planning
• Collaborate with data engineers or independently design efficient ETL processes
• Perform on-demand analysis to support urgent business questions
• Work with diverse business teams to understand analytical needs, translate them into technical requirements
• Lead BI projects from conception to completion
• Monitor data integrity across systems
• Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to align analytical outputs with business objectives
• Stay current with trends in data analytics, tooling, and best practices

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in data analytics, process-oriented or a similar role
• Proficiency in PowerBI (dashboards and extensive DAX experience), SQL, excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Working knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable insights that support operational performance and business growth
• Solid understanding of business strategies, market trends, and how data can be leveraged to optimise outcomes
• Ability to analyse data to improve customer satisfaction and create seamless customer experience
• Familiarity with data lakes, data warehouses and cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences and leadership team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
