Data Analyst

• Develop and manage reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau to provide valuable insights
• Analyze and interpret data from MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Create slide decks that effectively communicate trends, findings, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Translate complex datasets into clear visual representations and messaging tailored to non-technical audiences
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business and operational needs
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including directors and vice presidents, to support strategic decision-making
• Leverage advanced Excel functionalities, such as pivot tables and Power Query, for data analysis and reporting
• Provide backup support for advanced analytical tasks as needed, ensuring overall team success
• Maintain a high level of accountability and ownership for deliverables

• Proficiency in Excel, including multi-sheet workbooks, pivot tables, and Power Query
• Experience working with data from MySQL or Microsoft SQL databases
• Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong ability to create and present high-quality slide decks
• Exceptional analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in a high-accountability, feedback-driven environment

Familiarity with Python or healthcare industry experience
