Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with senior data engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
Translate business requirements into reliable data models and prepare clean, well-organized datasets for self-service analytics
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and communicate insights effectively
Contribute to existing codebases (e.g., Python, SQL), applying best practices for maintainable and scalable engineering
Monitor data quality and availability, troubleshoot issues across environments, and ensure accuracy and consistency in analytics outputs
Support ongoing improvements to data models, streamline access, and automate reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Foundational experience with data analysis and programming (e.g., Python or similar)
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI
Exposure to modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into scalable, technical data solutions
Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving ability, curiosity, and eagerness to grow in a collaborative environment
Nice to have:
