Data Analyst

• User support and incident management
• Configuration and development

• Coordination of technical support with the IT team in France and software vendors
• Writing user stories in collaboration with the Functional Project Manager
• Identifying and documenting data sources
• SQL and Power Query querying
• ETL design: extraction, transformation, and data loading
• Designing and populating data warehouses
• Documenting data structures and business rules used in their integration
• Supporting user adoption and facilitating the transition to new processes and tools

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Expertise in database analysis: structure, relationships/joins, data types
• Data collection from various sources: local or hosted (API)
• Business Intelligence – ETL: Modeling, creation of data warehouses
• SQL Server: Queries, Views, Triggers, Transact-SQL
• Microsoft SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot

Knowledge of Powershell
