Job Description:

Data Analyst role within IKEA for Business, Data & Analytics team in Group Digital. The team leverages data & Advanced Analytics to drive business strategy and digital products development, creating the greatest possible IKEA experience for business customers across the globe.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the transformation of IKEA into a more data-driven company
Ensure that data and insights are frequently and widely used in IKEA for Business in Group Digital
Develop models, dashboards, and tools to answer business questions
Create data-driven segmentation and distinguish different customer profiles
Estimate business customer life-time value
Predict purchase patterns
Create meaningful target audiences
Measure campaign effectiveness
Estimate impact of loyalty programs
Analyze customer behavior online
Conduct A/B testing for new features
Analyze price sensitivity of clients
Optimize IKEA pricing and discount strategies
Analyze business customer engagement with digital platforms
Detect bottlenecks in the funnel and their root causes
Identify customers most prone to buy given products
Analyze customer churn drivers and increase loyalty

Requirements:

Have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and hands-on keyboard Advanced Analytics roles working with large and complex datasets
Experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics consultant, or other relevant work
Enjoy translating imperfectly defined business problems into well-defined analytical problems
Have broad experience driving digital product development with analytical insights
Have proficiency in creating dynamic and possibly real-time visualisation, exploration tools, dashboards and maps to support decision making
Strong PowerBI knowledge is greatly appreciated (Tableau/Data Studio/Looker/Qlikview is also valuable)
Extensive knowledge of SQL, R/Python scripts, data wrangling, statistical and modelling libraries
Experience making back of envelope business impact estimations of potential analytical solutions
Taste for presenting results with a clear and convincing storyline
Love to automate analysis, intelligence and models that drive value
Great team player who takes ownership
