We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data while driving operational efficiency and supporting organizational goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across departments and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Support efforts related to data migration, integration, and quality assurance across systems
  • Generate timely and accurate reports in response to internal data requests
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with relevant teams
  • Document data processes, workflows, and standards to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Partner with leadership to analyze data for insights that drive growth, efficiency, and impact
  • Conduct forecasting, trend analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
  • Develop donor segmentation strategies and analyze patterns to optimize fundraising efforts
  • Present data findings in clear and accessible formats suitable for diverse audiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, including managing and interpreting large datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly
  • Ability to identify trends, performance metrics, and predictive behaviors
  • Experience in documenting workflows and processes for data management
