Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst! In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming complex business needs into actionable data insights and solutions. As a liaison between various business units and the Analytics Team, you will ensure that data-driven decisions are supported by accurate, well-structured, and meaningful information.

Job Responsibility:

Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for data products
Develop and implement data visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI and R Studio
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and security teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Create compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
Utilize programming languages like SQL, Python or R to manipulate and analyze datasets
Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational data in all interactions
Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues, ensuring seamless operations
Build positive working relationships with team members and other departments to foster collaboration
Support the Analytics Team in developing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
additional education in data analysis or related fields is a plus
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with tools like Power BI and Visual Studio
Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and the ability to create impactful dashboards
Demonstrated experience in SQL and database management
Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on data storytelling
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
