Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our P&G team. In this role, you will provide effective and efficient reporting and analytical support to help achieve agreed customer objectives and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the P&G account. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders, including National Field Managers, to deliver accurate insights, manage targets and incentives, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable information.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce and distribute weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and the client, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Work closely with National Field Managers to set and manage field targets, incentives and bonus payments
  • Validate data across multiple platforms, proactively identifying data integrity issues, inaccuracies and inconsistencies
  • Analyse large datasets, identifying and highlighting relevant insights and presenting findings in the required format
  • Support additional tasks, data exports and analytical projects as required

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to commute to Thame

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Access or other database tools
  • Experience with data mining techniques and procedures
