As a Data Analyst in Credit Intelligence, you will be pivotal in upleveling the team as we navigate new growth opportunities. You will bridge the gap between technical data expertise and strategic business goals, moving beyond simple reporting to drive our Marketing and Offers strategy. You will play a crucial role in reducing our reliance on single points of failure for commercial analysis, ensuring knowledge is shared and scalable. By linking business risks to customer profiles and optimizing our automated marketing models, you will directly influence how Mollie grows safely and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Strategy: Inform and shape the commercial strategy for our Capital product
Commercial Insights: Own the end-to-end analysis of our lending funnel and product performance
Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable data models beyond our initial phase
Optimize Models: Analyse the performance of our marketing and customer routing models
Risk Intelligence: Translate risk profiles into commercial opportunities
Mentorship & Growth: Promote a culture of technical rigour and data literacy
Requirements:
Strong Analytics & Modeling: proven ability to build reliable and scalable data models using SQL and data principles
Hands-on experience with a modern data stack (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery) is essential
Deep Commercial Analysis: strong experience in product or commercial analytics, using data to answer ambiguous questions around customer behaviour, funnel performance, and market opportunity
Impactful Communication: excel at translating analysis into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience analysing customer journey data (e.g., from a registration portal or CRM) to identify drop-off points and improve conversion
Familiarity with lending, credit, or other capital products for SMEs
Experience providing the core analysis to define target segments, set KPIs, and measure post-launch success
Prior experience working directly in or closely with a Credit Risk function
