Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end data and business analysis process for client projects, from understanding business needs to delivering actionable insights
Design and execute SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and ensure alignment between data solutions and business goals
Translate business problems into analytical questions and recommend data-driven solutions
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analyze data visualization reports prepared in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and propose your own solutions

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in data analysis
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work efficiently with large and complex datasets
Strong business acumen and experience translating business questions into analytical tasks
Proven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at various levels, including executives
Experience in gathering and documenting business and data requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving solutions

Nice to have:

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure, AWS) is an advantage
Experience with data science algorithms and programming languages like Python or R is a plus
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a big plus
