Data Analyst

• Gather and transform data from a variety of sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and surveys
• Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Maintain and support a culture of strong data quality
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trends
• Mentor co-workers on analytics best practices

• Up to 4 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SQL, Python and a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Metabase or Power BI
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast moving environment
• Great communication skills
• Easiness navigating in ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
