Data Analyst

Facilitate the delivery of high-quality data insights utilizing a range of business intelligence utilities and analytics capabilities to ensure comprehensive, timely and accurate operational oversight for operational teams, senior leadership, service buyers, audit activity and regulators. Support the implementation of Wholesale Client Onboarding & Group Financial Crime Operations data strategy, as set forth by the Head of Client Data Utility. Undertake data analysis to support performance and improvement, while providing oversight to operational teams, senior leadership, service buyers, auditors & regulators. Build and utilize reporting in a range of tools including SQL, Python, Alteryx & Tableau, leveraging existing Data Warehousing solutions & establishing new data sources. Utilize design skills to produce and maintain clear, articulate & insightful reporting to best deliver outputs & derived insights to internal and external stakeholders. Track, manage and govern proactive and reactive data validations for all Critical Data Elements across Conduct Risk, Wholesale Customer Data and Identity Service. Complete data dictionary and data lineage work in support of data strategy for Wholesale Client Onboarding & Group Financial Crime Operations. Support the client hierarchies interpersonally for Wholesale Clients and acting as a product owner for the hierarchy data and definition, including data lineage, data quality. Establish and maintain interdependent working relationships with operational teams and senior leadership across Wholesale Onboarding & Group Financial Crime Operation. Interface with multiple functions across the Bank, including Technology, Finance, Operations, Compliance & Risk. May telecommute.
