You will join our client in a Data Analyst role that sits at the crossroads of business analytics, data science, and BI. In a private casino environment, you will collect, clean, and analyze data to support decision making across marketing, player operations, finance, risk, and gaming teams. You will design analyses that reveal opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience, while maintaining data governance and security. The role is hybrid and based in Mexico, with one vacancy. You must be local to the area, as relocation is not offered. You will collaborate with industry leaders to turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insights that senior leaders can act on. Job Responsibility:
Collect, clean, and analyze data to support decision making across marketing, player operations, finance, risk, and gaming teams

Collaborate with industry leaders to turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insights that senior leaders can act on
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data science
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one programming language (Python or R)
Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Pentaho) and building dashboards
Hands-on experience with ETL, data modeling, data cleaning, data validation, and data governance
Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present to stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, with a strategic view and data-driven decision making
Knowledge of business metrics, KPIs, and basic predictive modeling
familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Fast learner with willingness to adopt new tools and methodologies
