Job Description

The role involves designing and developing data models, integrating heterogeneous data sources, performing advanced statistical analysis, and creating dashboards to support informed business decisions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and test data models to import data from source systems based on project requirements
  • Analyze heterogeneous source data and write SQL/PySpark scripts to integrate data from multiple sources
  • Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to generate actionable insights for business decision-making
  • Conduct data mining to provide actionable data in response to evolving business requirements
  • Understand business needs and develop dashboards to meet those requirements
  • Adapt to changing business requirements and implement best practices in data analytics
  • Migrate data into standardized platforms (e.g., Power BI) and build critical data models to improve process performance and product quality
  • Own technical implementation and documentation associated with datasets
  • Provide updates on project progress, perform root cause analysis, and work on improvement areas (process, product quality, performance)
  • Deliver post-implementation support to ensure sustainable project benefits
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • Independently manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Mentor and guide peers and junior team members

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Data Analysis & Statistical Analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and PySpark
  • Experience with advanced statistical techniques
  • Knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S4, SAP ECC T-Codes & Navigation)
  • Expertise in database development and troubleshooting (MS Fabric, SQL Server, SAP HANA, Azure Synapse)
  • Ability to gather project requirements and convert them into analytical and technical specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in Power BI for report and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools
