You’ll be part of a central Data Analytics team partnering closely with Product, Consumer & Business. Job Responsibility:
Analyze customer service performance across support interactions, logistics fulfillment, refunds, and QA to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Validate and quantify customer service signals to distinguish isolated incidents from systemic issues
Track and measure the impact of service actions and process changes, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution and outcome validation
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views that provide clear visibility into service performance and recurring issues
Partner with Customer Service and Operations stakeholders to translate insights into data-informed actions and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles within tech, AI, or product-driven companies
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
Strong working knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience analyzing real-world, imperfect datasets
Ability to translate qualitative inputs (e.g. customer feedback, issue descriptions) into quantitative analysis and measurable outcomes
Execution-oriented mindset with attention to detail, accountability for follow-through, and comfort working across multiple stakeholders
