While each role has a primary focus area, we value analysts who can think end-to-end, validate impact, and drive decisions beyond dashboards

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze customer service performance across support interactions, logistics fulfillment, refunds, and QA to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Validate and quantify customer service signals to distinguish isolated incidents from systemic issues
  • Track and measure the impact of service actions and process changes, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution and outcome validation
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting views that provide clear visibility into service performance and recurring issues
  • Partner with Customer Service and Operations stakeholders to translate insights into data-informed actions and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles within tech, AI, or product-driven companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience analyzing real-world, imperfect datasets
  • Ability to translate qualitative inputs (e.g. customer feedback, issue descriptions) into quantitative analysis and measurable outcomes
  • Execution-oriented mindset with attention to detail, accountability for follow-through, and comfort working across multiple stakeholders
